Hey music heads.  Last week, Asher Roth’s new mixtape titled “Seared Foie Gras with Quince and Cranberry” debuted on mixtape websites everywhere.  To be honest, I didn’t know he was coming out with a new mixtape until a day before and I was skeptical anyways.  I hadn’t been the biggest fan of his but I had liked some tracks here and there.  I pass music on to my friends on a regular basis and this was just something I was passing on again.

One of my friends that I passed the link over to exclaimed how awesome the mixtape was.  Still, I was skeptical because that was his opinion but I said to myself that I would give it a listen over the weekend.  I got in my car and began driving and the more I listened the hotter and louder it got.  I had to replay some tracks three or more times before going on to the next one because I was saying to myself, “Geez, this guys flow over that was sick.  That beat is dumb!”

Asher Roth and DJ Wreckineyez definitely outdid themselves with this one.  The mixing is on point.  Asher lyrics and flow are ridiculous.  I can honestly say that if I wasn’t an Asher Roth fan before I definitely am now.
